The coordinates of Ancient Egypt are 26 degrees North and 30 degrees East. Egypt is located in the North East corner of Africa. On its North side is the Mediterranean Sea, on its East side is the Red Sea, on its west side is Libya, and on its South side is Sudan.

Egypt is mostly desert and doesn't get a lot of rain. The most amount of rain it gets is by the Nile River in the South. There is an area called the Black Land, and has good farming soil. There is another area that is called Red Land and is very dry, harsh desert.

Ancient Egyptians built pyramids, the Sphinx, and obelisk. They worshiped many gods and goddesses, which is known as polytheism. Some of the gods and goddesses include Ra, the sun god; Horus, the sky and pharaoh god; Osiris, the underworld god; and Isis, the goddess of magic and healing. Ancient Egyptians were put in tombs when they died. The national language was Ancient Egyptian and was used for daily life and worshiping. The Ancient Egyptians' daily life consisted of eating with their family at mealtimes, working if you had a job/ career, learning in school if you were a child. People would pray to the gods and goddesses before each activity.
